This Cancellation and Refund Policy
(“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“You”,
“Your”, “User”) and Rise Techno Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), having its registered
office at SF-208,
Alaknanda Complex, Opp. Bharat Petroleum, Mujmahuda, Vadodara – 390020,
Gujarat, India, and governs the terms
under which cancellation, return, and refund requests shall be processed for
purchases made through www.risetechnosolutions.com (“Website”).
By
placing an order through our Website, You acknowledge that You have read,
understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
1. Order
Cancellation
1.1. You may cancel
Your order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order or prior to
dispatch, whichever is earlier, by contacting Us at sales@risetechno.in or +91
9016818383.
1.2. Once the product has been dispatched, no cancellation request shall be
entertained.
2. Refund
for Cancelled Orders
2.1. Upon successful
cancellation under Clause 1, You shall be eligible for a refund of the purchase
amount paid, less any applicable payment gateway/service charges.
2.2. Refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10
business days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request.
3. Return
and Replacement
3.1. Products once
sold shall be non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the following
circumstances:

Wrong product
delivered
·
Damage sustained
during transit
·
Manufacturing defect
(covered under warranty)
3.2. To initiate a return/replacement, You must notify Us in writing at
sales@risetechno.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence
such as photographs/videos.
3.3. Acceptance of return/replacement requests shall be subject to Our
inspection and verification of the claim.
4. Refund
for Returns
4.1. If replacement
is not possible, a refund shall be initiated for eligible return claims after
receipt and inspection of the returned product at Our service center.
4.2. Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10
business days from the date of acceptance of the return.
5.
Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
The following items
are strictly non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable:

Software licenses and
digital products
·
Consumables (including
but not limited to toners, cartridges, and spares)
·
Customized or
specially ordered products
·
Products damaged due
to mishandling, misuse, or negligence by the customer

Limitation of Liability
6.1. Rise
Techno Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential loss arising out of cancellation, return, or refund processes.
6.2. The Company’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid by You
for the product in question.
7. Governing
Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
at Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
